Olivious Nederland BV, hereinafter referred to as Olivious, may process certain personal data when you use Olivious services and/or when you provide this information to Olivious via a contact form on the Olivious website.

Why Olivious requires this data
Olivious processes personal data for telephone contact according to your request, and/or to in writing (e-mail and/or post) if contact by telephone is not requested or not possible.
In addition, Olivious may use your personal data for the execution of your concluded agreement, most commonly in the context of legal services.
Data storage duration
Olivious does not store personal data that has been collected to achieve the purposes for which your data are requested for longer than is strictly necessary. If no agreement is concluded with you, your data will not be stored for longer than a period of one year.

The Olivious website tracks generic visitor data, including the IP address of your computer and the retrieval and data times provided by your browser. This data is used for visit and click behaviour analysis pertaining to the Olivious website. Olivious uses this information to improve website function. This data remains anonymous insofar as this is possible and is not provided to third parties.
Google Analytics
The Olivious website implements Google Analytics to track visitor use and to determine the effectiveness of Olivious Adwords ads on Google search engine result pages.
Information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers located in the United States. Olivious has no influence pertaining to this data usage. Olivious has not given Google permission to use Analytics data obtained through the Olivious website for other Google services.
View, change or delete data
You have the right to view, change or delete your personal data. Send a request for the viewing, correction or removal of your personal data to hello@olivious.com. Olivious will respond to your request as quickly as possible but within four weeks.
Data protection
Olivious takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unintended disclosure and unauthorized changes of personal data. The Olivious website uses a valid SSL Certificate to ensure your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands.
